The ROVA Board of Directors sole objective is to represent the best interests of the residents of ViewPoint.  The Board is composed of at least seven non-paid volunteers, who have been elected by the ROVA general membership. Each Board member serves in his or her elected position for a two-year term, which can be extended but is limited to two successive two-year terms.

The Board of Directors meet monthly, or as required, to address ROVA business and to vote on motions, resolutions or amendments.  A quorum of 2/3 of the Board members is required to conduct the business of voting, approval of expenditures, etc.

The general membership may attend Board meetings by submitting in writing to the Secretary the topic they wish to present.  Your request will be placed at the top of the meeting agenda, so your interests can be addressed.  Better yet, get involved.  Join the Board of Directors and help to make ViewPoint a great place to live.
