ROVA Board of Directors maintains an open-line of communication with local ViewPoint Management and the regional Corporate Management. Sometimes the communication is to try to right a wrong or to point out to management an issue that is important to our members.
We do not contact ELS Corporate frivolously. Only when a matter cannot be resolved at the local or regional level do we escalate.
ROVA encourages members to try to resolve issues with management. If management doesn’t respond after a reasonable period of time then the problem should be brought to a ROVA Board member. Sometimes our advice alone can solve a problem.
We hold monthly meetings with local ViewPoint Management, and if necessary, quarterly meetings with regional Corporate Management. The minutes from these meetings are included in the monthly ROVA Board Meeting minutes.
