As per the ROVA Bylaws, the Board of Directors meets on a monthly basis as required. The Board will make available to the ROVA general membership the minutes from these meetings.
Unless otherwise stated, all ROVA Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Below are the ROVA Board Meeting minutes from the past 12 months. If no meeting was held, it will be noted. If you would like to see additional meeting information, please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
The next Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 8:30 AM (MST); Activities Board Room. If you have an issue or concern you would like to bring to the board, you are welcome to attend this board meeting. Please email your request to the ROVA Board of Directors.
