Street Captain meetings are generally held 3 – 4 times each season in November, January, February and March.  The most important meeting is the one held in November, as it is the kick-off of our annual membership campaign.  Meeting minutes are kept available for review of the previous 5 years, and can be viewed using the links below.

The 2026 ROVA Membership Campaign began on November 19, 2025.   The minutes of that meeting are available below.
