Annual General Meeting

As per the ROVA Bylaws, the Board of Directors is required to conduct an Annual General Meeting open to all current ROVA members.

The 2025 AGM was held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 in the ViewPoint Grand Ballroom.  The minutes from this meeting will be approved at the 2026 AGM.  A Draft of the minutes are available for review via the link below.

The purpose of the AGM is to present an annual status/progress report of the association, to recognize candidates, selected by the nominating committee, who are up for election to the next ROVA Board of Directors, and any other ROVA business deemed necessary.  The President also appoints the Standing Committees, Ad-Hoc Committees, and Chairpersons with approval of the Board.

In addition to the President’s Report, the Treasurer presents the annual Treasurer’s Report for approval by the general membership.

Other Board members responsible for reporting to the general membership at the AGM are the Street Captain Coordinator, the AAMHO Liaison and the Membership Database Administrator.

The next AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21, 2026 in the ViewPoint Grand Ballroom.  Doors open at 6:30 pm, and the meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 pm,
