Residents of ViewPoint Association

Street Captain Detail ROW 1700 W

Hello –

My name is Amandah Peebles; Street Captain ID #18
I live in Space 1709

If you have a question, please stop by to chat or simply click on the button below to email me your question, and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

My job is to manage ROVA memberships for the all the residents I support, to share important park information, and to serve as liaison between you and members of the ROVA Board of Directors.

ROVA (Residents of ViewPoint Association) is a “not for profit” resident association, established in 2005, representing the interests of all the residents of ViewPoint RV and Golf Resort in Mesa, Arizona.

The objective of the association is to promote communication with ViewPoint and ELS management in an effort to maintain the quality lifestyle and property values we enjoy.

The Board of Directors is comprised of volunteer residents, who are elected by the general membership at the Annual General Meeting. The Board’s role is to facilitate communication with management by being the voice that brings concerns and ideas to management and resolves issues for the benefit of all parties.

Our Street Captains sign up members and keep communications open between residents and the ROVA Board of Directors.

ROVA collects annual dues of $5.00 per member. The annual dues cover general operating expenses such as organization licensing fees with the State of Arizona, charter membership dues in AAMHO and other organizations, annual membership form printing and other printing costs, domain and user fees for our interactive member website and electronic publication of our monthly newsletter and emails to keep you informed about what ROVA is doing on your behalf.

As a member you will also be invited to attend the ROVA Annual General Meeting in January.  I hope you will become a ROVA member, as a large membership is always much more influential with management when advocating for change.

Please feel free to contact me if you are ready to join, or if you have any additional questions. You may now also join ROVA using the online membership form by clicking on the “Join Now” button below.

If you would like to volunteer, ROVA has opportunities for you on the Board of Directors or as a Street Captain.
